This series solves critical textile desizing challenges by delivering fast, thorough starch hydrolysis with minimal fiber damage. Compared with traditional chemical or high-temperature methods, our enzymes improve fabric cleanliness while reducing energy and water consumption.
The bio-based, biodegradable formulation meets global sustainability standards and ensures excellent compatibility with subsequent dyeing and finishing processes.
• Broad temperature adaptability (45–95°C)
• Energy-saving low-temperature option
• Thermostable high-temperature performance
• Flexible solution for diverse production lines
• Consistent quality across cotton and blends
Our desizing enzymes are liquid α-amylase formulations with high activity and stability. They operate effectively in a wide pH range and show excellent wash-off properties.
Typical parameters: working temperature 45–95°C, pH 5.5–10.0, dosage 0.3–1.5% o.w.f., processing time 20–60 minutes. Low foaming, easy rinsability, and minimal strength loss ensure smooth and reliable processing in jet machines, continuous ranges, and batch systems.
Desizing enzyme is a bio-catalyst that breaks down starch sizing on warp yarns by hydrolyzing glycosidic bonds, converting insoluble starch into water-soluble sugars that can be easily washed away. Our series includes energy-efficient medium-low temperature enzymes, thermostable high-temperature enzymes for continuous production, and wide temperature range enzymes that maintain high activity across varying conditions, giving manufacturers maximum process flexibility.
Suitable for cotton, cotton blends, denim, knits and woven fabrics, and widely used in textile mills for pre-treatment before bleaching and dyeing, especially in sustainable and high-efficiency production lines.
